PROBLEMS WITH THE AIRBNB APP

Good afternoon,

 

I have been working with Airbnb for several years, to manage a house I own and to help my mother and a friend as a co-host, everything was going very well so I decided to create a “local manager” profile to be able to help other hosts.

 

I received very few requests so I decided to delete my profile, but since my profile was deleted on the "experienced hosts" platform (or local manager, I don't remember the exact term) I have a problem with the Airbnb platform, no allows me to co-host other ads as before, it gives me an error that says: "Team members cannot be co-hosts", but I am no longer a member of any team, my profile is a private host and even I no longer have the options for professional hosts activated, please, I need to help my mother and her friend with their ads and I need to be able to solve it, it is very frustrating to have to change profiles all the time.

 

I have called the host help center several times, sent several emails to cohosts @ airbnb.com and I have also written to the girl who helped me with my local manager profile, but no one gives me any type of response or solution to the problem….

 

Do you know what else I can do?

Hi @Ana-María65 ! I noticed your post on the other language Community Center as well and by the looks of it, it seems you are still having trouble with the settings.

 

Would you be able to share some screenshots or relevant screen-recording that can help demonstrate the issue? With this, I can reach out to the tech team for further advise.
