My payouts have been placed on hold since May 2024 last year, trying to get hold of someone who can be able to assist me but I'm being attended to with different people all the time for almost 30 days every day , they asked me to fill up the KYC process but they keep on sending me the same link to updates , please assist I'm very frustrated.
