If there is a view I would show that. It helps to see everything you mentioned in pictures. 

Also, adding a few amenities such as coffee and tea and showing that in pictures is a nice touch.

Are there towels for the pool, let people know if they are available. The more information you provide in the listing will avoid questions going forward.
