Dear community.

My name is Jolie (from Jolie Villa Hoi An Homestay), very new to this community.

I have a question, hope that you can help me!

I stopped receiving guests during the covid period, and just reopened some days ago. 

How to know if our rooms are still being sold on Airbnb. 

Do you have any contact for Vietnam's support please?

1. If you have made the listing go live again they show on your profile @Jolie-Villa0 

 

2. You can click on your listings where it says something like Get Help and it will link you to the CS phone number for your location and online CS chat.
