Rent only by the week?

Can I set up to rent only by the week? As in 7 day increments only? I have minimum stay set up at 7 days, but we are getting requests for 10 days or similar. Is there a "by the week only" setting? Maybe a way to set it up in Custom Trip Lengths requirements, but I don't really see how. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Jeannie121 So you are saying you only want 7 day rentals - no more or no less?  

You may find bookings very low with such tight restrictions but if that is the case, go to:

~Listing then...

~ Booking settings then...

~Calendar then...

~ Trip length

Set your minimum to 7 days and maximum to 7 days.

Or if you want only 7 day stays for a specific period of time, you can set that up in Seasonal Requirements for the specific time period.

thanks for hte help. It's not 7 days only but rather 7 day (or weekly) increments. it's very remote and hard to get cleaning people there other than on a regular schedule. we have people booked for 2 and 4 weeks currently, but someone just booked 10 days. So those other 4 days remain unrented because cleaning people can't come mid-week.

@Jeannie121 if you do what @Normen0 says the problem you will face is someone could leave 6 days between bookings. Far better is to switch on pro tools in your account and then use a ruleset in your calendar to set min stays and also what day of the week these can start/finish
