Replace owner with a co-host

Hello, I would like to take over as owner of a listing that I co-host.  My sister in law is the owner, I own the home with her and my wife.  My sister in law is no longer going to own part of this home, is it possible to just have her removed as the owner and have one of the current co hosts take over as the owner?  We are trying to avoid having to create a new listing for a property we already have a history of running successfully on Abb.
