Request for Assistance – Listing Still Suspended After 24-Hour Promise

Dear Airbnb Community,

 

I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out regarding the status of our listing, which is still marked as suspended despite being told by Airbnb Support that it would be reactivated within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it has now been longer than expected, and our listing remains suspended.

 

As a Superhost, we have always prioritized providing excellent experiences for our guests, and this suspension is significantly impacting our business. We have been waiting patiently, but the delay is becoming increasingly difficult to manage.

We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Your help would be greatly appreciated, and we would love to continue welcoming guests.

Hi Paula,

Thank you for taking your time. Yes the listings are showing active however, still tagged as suspended and our calendars are blocked from booking our guests and if you go to insight or in our listings you will see Suspended. Kindly remove the flag/tagging so we can host again. Thank you
