I haven’t been received airbnb support when i receive a retaliation review. The guest is check-out very late and when we told them, they are not good and leave a retaliation review, but when i contact airbnb support, he told that the review can not to remove by content of review is not enough (because this is a retaliation review so all star is 1 star and don’t have any value content with this review) although i provided all proof and picture message about this. And i am warning by airbnb becaseu these review are 1 star for us (although i have 1,9k review and i am a superhost for 3 year with 4.9 all star).
I feel very unfair with this.

Guest reviews have violated the above 2 contents of airbnb, but airbnb support said it not. I can not understand, we are too disadvantaged when guests violate such retaliatory guidelines and reviews that airbnb still accepts.
And now we are warning account by this review. Airbnb warned we can be stop account by this review (i don’t know this is automatically warning or not ?)
If anyone can read the feedback, please help me, research the messages between guests and us about over check-out (special is time to send) and treat us fairly.
