Revoke Temporary Suspension Friends Valley Homestay

Good Morning, Friends Valley Homestay has received 5 Star review rating by our last  Air B&B Guest  Bishweshar from Bangalore, India.  despite Bishweshar 5 Star rating  we have learned that you have temporarily suspended our Friends Valley Home stay from listing. I would like inform you that the First  1 star rating lady motive was different as she was wrongly booked thinking that our place is close to Munnar and to get cancel she made the story to cancel the booking as we informed her that we can not return the money as Air B&B deal the financial payment. then other guests, our two bed rooms we have beds of 3 person sleeping capacity and one room have Queen size size bed space and they had three persons. For that reason they have given 2 star . Ours is a well managed homestay by immediately attending Guests  complaints . Hence we are kindly requested to revoke the temporary suspension of Friends Valley Homestay.
