Scary slow bookings!

Hey Team, I was booked so super solid the entire month of April and now for me I have a total of 19%. I know Florida Summers are hot but this is usually when people are coming to Disney Busch Gardens and doing all that fun stuff. I've lowered my prices so I'm less than the middle. I refresh refresh I go and constantly add features. What is going on out here?

Is exactly what I am wondering also, I was having a lot of booking until the end of April, now suddenly I have only 3 days booked in one listing and 0 in my other one, both are located in Holiday, Pasco county.

@Brenda1312 Same for our house in the Berkshires, the last guest left in March. We don't have the summer booked yet, and when I check other area listings I see that there are lots of places still available for July and August, in all price ranges. Very unusual for the Berkshires. On top of that, Airbnb took away our Superhost status because it's been too long since we've had a booking. So now we look less appealing to potential guests, not because the house isn't good but because business in the area has declined.
