Stuck “in progress” and not getting help

I’ve been trying to publish a listing for almost 2 weeks and I’m having no luck. It is stuck in the review process. I have contacted support several times and the last time I heard from them, they said I would receive a response back within 24 hours. That was a couple days ago. Now I’m not getting any responses.  I don’t know what else to do and it’s an hour wait to talk to a rep on the phone. Any advice?

I'm so sorry to hear you're having problems getting your listing set up. Did you manage to get it sorted in the end?

Unfortunately the CS team are under a lot of pressure currently due to COVID repercussions, so there can be a bit more of a delay than usual when getting in touch with Support.
