Highly rated superhost for 5 years and running 8 listings on Airbnb. I was given noticed on Nov 13 to appeal until Dec 14. On Dec 20 all 2025 new bookings were canceled. During last month time, I have called in and emailed countless times only being told they are confirmed to remove my account.
Should I hire a lawyer to start arbitration? The legal process will be costly and long. But it seems the only way left now. I suffered huge financial loss in Nov, Dec and next year due to the suspension.
