im in a situation and I’m being told I am ‘abusive’ and therefore violating Airbnb protocols.
I can’t get any pertinent information and I don’t completely understand what’s going on. The only resource I have is email and I’ve been waiting 2 days for clear open and transparent communications….. the same as I have been asked to provide in my superhosting.
1. I made entry to repair my ac unit
2. the guest messaged me I violated privacy issues
3. I called her and told her I only went in with the tech to repair her ac and m locked and shouted housekeeping
4. She must have had an undisclosed camera (a violation of our policies)
5. She handed it the phone to a male person who became abusive with me and I disconnected the call.
6. 2 males and the guest came during dark hours (I repaired the ac unit around 2pm) and left the listing with the door Unsecured.
7. I called Airbnb over 20x trying to get us based support without success.
8. An hour later my account and calendars were suspended.
9. No proper contact has been made by a person that speaks my language to support or care for my health and safety
10. I can’t work or receive new guests until an undisclosed amount of time
11. I can’t appeal what is happening to me for 30 days.
