Got my account suspended and calendar paused.

 

I recently noticed that my hosting account has been suspended, and I would like to provide some clarification.

I want to inform you that the properties listed under my account were legally acquired from a previous owner, whose Airbnb account was removed. Since purchasing these apartments, I have been managing them independently under my own account, with no involvement from the previous owner.

However, I would also like to clarify that I have now completely moved on from those properties. After six months, I have left all of the previous apartments and have now renovated and listed entirely new properties that I personally own and manage. These new listings are unrelated to the previous ones.

Additionally, the previous owner also transferred their business contact number to me, which I have been using for guest communication. You can verify this through WhatsApp or other records. If this has caused any confusion, I sincerely apologize and can update my contact details if necessary.

I recently reached out to the previous owner to understand why my account might have been suspended, and he informed me that he had faced the exact same issue before his account was removed.
