The New AirBnb Rooms

Hi. Quick question that I did not find the answer to in Brian's new video about the new AirBnb Rooms: can I post my listing as a separate guest suite and also as a Room host? For example, if the guest prefers total privacy, I have that ability to do that in my home with the way it is set up. However, if the guest prefers to share the space with me, that could be achieved for a cheaper nightly rate.

Yes you'd need two separate listings which you would need to link calendars for to avoid duplicating bookings @Mistie2
