Hey Airbnb hosts and property owners!
We’re developing an AI-powered assistant designed to help you:
2. Have a tech assistant manage energy settings when there’s no booking, during guest stays, or if they forget to adjust settings at checkout.
3. Save costs & prevent water damage with proactive water leak detection.
Goal is to help you cut down waste, reduce expenses, and make your rental more sustainable.
Would these features be helpful for your property? We’d love your feedback! Drop your thoughts into the comments!

Hi @Nagaraja2
It sounds amazing and helpful, mostly for listings that don't know their expenses.
It can be a good tool for owners who want to maximize their revenue in peak season and don't sell their Airbnbs too cheaply in low season.
If you have a test model, I can test it.
Just let me know.
Warm regards from The Philippines,
Andres
Hi @Andres644,
Thanks so much for your reply — I really appreciate your feedback!
We’ve currently developed the electricity monitoring model, and we’re actively working on water usage tracking, HVAC (cooling/heating) control, and automating settings when the property is unoccupied. Here's a snapshot of the current test model:
🔹 Hosts can view per-stay energy usage, while guests can see their live consumption.
🔹 Hosts can reward mindful guests with positive feedback or discounts.
🔹 A gamification model is also in progress to make energy-saving more fun and engaging.
🔹 For those who prefer a "pay what you consume" setup, the data can help adjust pricing and reduce surprises on utility bills.
Managing utility costs in short-term rentals is often unpredictable — and it’s usually the hosts who absorb the impact. Our goal is to provide a smart, cost-effective, and guest-friendly solution that puts you in control.
Would love to hear your thoughts and explore a test setup with you!
Hi again @Nagaraja2
Thanks for your reply and information.
I will share my experience. I have a beautiful Rooftop Condo in Makati. However, the water pressure is so weak that I had to buy an electric pump.
Unfortunately, the pump started to use too much electricity, and it was not a good fit for my market value.
I'd like to test your product to see if my daily rate is correct or if I have to increase it.
Thank you and looking for your reply,
Thanks again for your reply — I’d love to show you the test model in more detail.
Would you be open to a quick call or screen share so I can walk you through how it works?
Feel free to share your email ID, and I’ll reach out to coordinate next steps.
Looking forward to connecting!
Thanks again,
