Hey,
I'm renting out two separate rooms in the same house.
Should I create two separate listings or include both in one?

Hello @Augustin10 ,
If you plan to rent them separately—meaning two different guests with two different reservations—then you will need two separate listings. This is because if one guest books a listing, it will no longer appear as available, so you need two listings, each with its own calendar, pricing and availability.
Consider styling them slightly differently so that, when looking at the photos, it is clear that they are two different listings.
If you plan to rent both together or only one of them at a time , then you can use just one listing. I can share more details on how to set it up if needed.

@Guy991 I am having the same problem. I want to list the two bedrooms so a family can stay but was told I had to do them on two separate listings which I did but it i still confusing.
When they book for 3 people it still shows as a price for a single room. Can we link the listing so that it shows the cost for two rooms not one.
Also, I am having trouble getting a payout. My bank account is accepted and then they say the bank won't let the money in. I have been to the bank twice and they say there is no problem with account. Am in NZ
Thanks @Guy991 , it makes sense. This is what I thought but was feeling a bit lazy to do another listing from scratch!
Can we duplicate a listing?
Hi @Augustin10 😊,
Thank you so much for asking this question here!
Did @Guy991 help you make a decision about what to do with your listing?
Do you need any more help?
@Chris23692I'm sorry about the situation with your payout. Did you reach out to Customer Support? Do you need their contact information?
Warm regards🌻,
