Typing out the calendar

How can I type out the calendar.  When I print or save as a pdf, it is mostly blank and useless.  I use an alternative listing that is linked and have to type it there.

if it is about reservations, use the 'list of reservations". it can be filtered and exported as CSV file.

Printing the calender in pdf results only in 2 months, but it works.
