Unavailable dates ? Bug?

Hii- i'm searching for a rental for the week after christmas, and have reached out to about 5 different hosts with "available" dates, but they all say its unavailable and the app isn't syncing. Is there a bug?

It is more likely there is a bug in the hosts mind (not realising Christmas holidays are upcoming already and not yet having updated their pricing/calenders

You are right, for us here it is our Peak time I nearly got caught out some years ago not realizing how far out people book for that time.

Now it's one of the first things I do plus I set my base price high just in case,
