@Natalia1494 Your space is so cute and has great views. Here is my honest opinion and it's meant to just serve as a helpful guide.
I usually would not book something with owners on the property. It doesn't make me feel comfortable, even if there is a separate entrance unless I am specifically renting a room in someone's house. This to me feels more like a room share, than an entire place. Second, that bed doesn't look very comfortable. People are often traveling with their partner, and the bed seems very small from the pictures.

You need to have some professional images taken of your property, and some drone shots would greatly benefit you too - images of the nearby river, wineries, city centre.
I've been a professional photographer since 1994 with 20 years' experience as a real estate agent in Florida, then Virginia. I now reside in London and I'm still working as a property photographer and vetted Airbnb photographer here.
I found this company online after a quick search. Pricing is about right and imagery looks good as well. Drone pricing is real good! If this company isn't near you, just search for "real estate property photographers near me" or add your precise city and location instead of "near me."

Images that "pop" and stand out is everything in today's fast-paced market, and especially with the way today's generations shop online. Click, click, click, done!
Airbnb stats says you can command more money and receive higher paying clients with pro photos too.
