Our listing’s view graph suddenly stopped updating and we suddenly stopped getting any bookings. I saw from other posts that this is a recurring issue.
Would you please be able to fix this and let us know what the reason for this is?

Someone on the French CC is also complaining about the same thing - no data has been updated since 21st August. They contacted CS and the said that the tech people are working on it apparently if that helps!
