Weekly rentals enforcement on calendar

Has anyone had luck enforcing the weekly increments?  When I set the min stay to 7 days and block check-in on all days but Sundays, and block checkouts on all days except Saturdays, the calendar essentially tells me I can't open any nights.  I really just want folks to be able to rent in 7 day increments always checking in on Sunday and checking out on Saturday, if they want 2 full weeks, that's fine, but no partial weeks.  

I've even tried setting max and min night stays to 7 and only setting the Check-in day to Sunday, but it still won't work.   

Any advice?

I'm not sure I'm following, but the way you're describing it, that is only a 6night stay?:

Check-in Sunday

Check-out Saturday

=6 nights (not 7)

Sounds like you want check-in and check-out on Sundays only to achieve a 7day stay.

The way you are very specifically programming your check-in and check-out days, you can just leave the minimum stay at 1 night and get the result you want. This should open up the blocked nights. Alternatively make the minimum 6 nights or change the check-out day to Sunday as @Joan2709 mentions.

Do test some dates in guest view afterwards to make sure it's working correctly.

You're right on the 6 nights, with check-in on Sunday and check out on Saturday, that was my mistake.  When I make these adjustments, I still get told Sunday is blocked because they can't checkout on Monday.  The rest of the week is blocked because they can only check in on Sundays.  I've tried using both 1 and 6 night minimums on my rule set Shelley suggested as well.

@Emilie I did see both suggestions and have tried them.  I added some more info on the prompt I get from the calendar as well.

UPDATE:  I was able to get the calendar to work properly.  I basically had to remove the rule set from the dates on the calendar, then unblock the nights then apply the ruleset again (no changes made).  Looking at it through the public view, it's doing exactly what I wanted it to do.   Thanks to all for the feedback, which was useful.  Unfortunately, it was actually a bug in the calendar that was holding me up.   Just be sure to apply your rule set quickly after opening the nights up, or you might get bookings you don't want.

To prevent getting bookings you don't want, just temporarily turn off Instant Book. When you're done with adjusting the calendar, turn IB back on.
