Where would you put following information : if you want to fully enjoy your holiday a CAR is needed when you rent our condo since there is no supermarket, restaurant , cafe , beach whatsoever within walking distance.
I mention it in my ad but regularly people seem surprised after having booked and getting closer to their stay , when I'm checking if the rented a car ... so I definitely need to improve that in my ad , or is it because people do not read the ads fully ? How can I make sure this is clear from the beginning ?

Look at my listings for some possible ideas. We make this super clear in each one.
We use the "Getting around" section within the "Where you'll be" area.
If a guest ignores that section, it's kind of on them.
I think the only thing you can be sure the guest looks at are the pictures , so you could upload a graphic there which says ' You will need a car'. I don't use instant book, so don't accept a booking until they have confirmed whether they are bringing a car or not.

Hi @Olivia685, I noticed that our dear Hosts @Andrea6232 @Veronique243 and @Richard531 have given some advice in regard to your question. Did you make relevant changes to your listing as suggested by them or manage to try out other solutions?

Before my last booking - 2 young women who I can't convince to hire a car ... she thanked me when I checked and said they do not want to rent a car . They will go around with Uber/Bolt ...
I don't know what else I could do . I will find a nice picture to add to my pictures like suggested by @Veronique243. But actually even when they realise a car is needed they go on with the booking .
I guess this will affect my "location" rate as depending on taxis is not the best plan to fully enjoy your holiday 😞

I suggest to communicate this as well during inquiry or in your welcome message. Consider creating a dedicated section titled "Transportation and Getting Around" within your listing description. You can mention the distance to public transportation, the availability of parking, or the limited options for taxis or ride shares in the area. Offer information about car rental options in the area, such as nearby car rental agencies.
Thanks! Will add that to everything I already do . I just got 4 star for location form guest who I really had explained again and again that she had to rent a car especially with a group of 8 including elderly people .

I suggest adding the need for a car to your pre-booking message, as well as the other places mentioned by other Hosts. Looks like you are using Instant Book.
