Hello dear hosts,
💥Brief Bio: I'm David and I've been hosting on BNB for about 3 years now. I became a Superhost after 2 months I started and I'm maintaining my 5.0 rating after 75 reviews. I really love what started as a hobby and now I think it's time to take it more seriously. Even though I'm pretty serious in everything that I do. I recently moved to Leipzig, Germany and fell in love with the city. It has definitely a lot to offer in many ways; and in my humble opinion, the Airbnb market doesn't really correlate with it.
As far as I don't own a property in Leipzig, I'm planning to try out Rental Arbitrage (Renting an apartment and listing it on BNB). Unfortunately, I don't speak German (hopefully yet) and it's very slow to get into all the details of German regulations. Of course, I want to do it legally in terms of local laws and with the landlord's consent.
I'd really, I mean rrreally appreciate getting any type of recommendations from fellow hosts. Especially in Taxation and Cleaning service. Maybe it's even against the law and I've been wasting all those days on market research. Please, feel free to share your thoughts and experience. Also worth noting that - since I moved to a new city I've got no friends in here and would be nice to meet people with mutual interest over a cup of coffee, tea or a nice beer.
Also, keep in mind that I only run one listing (remotely) and co-hosting 2 listings (also remotely), thus I've plenty of time... **
Thanks for your attention 🙏
Cheers,
David
