airbnb unlisted

It has been more than 24 hours since my listing is not published. I have called multiple times and no answer. They keep saying that a special team will contacted me. No answer yet. I am very disappointed because if a complain has been issued at my property. The first person that should know is me. But nothing. No answer or explanation. If my listing has been suspended, I would like to know why, and know for how long. This is unbelievable.

Hi, @Maddie79 here are some steps you may try following to resolve the issue:

-Ensure your listing complies with all of Airbnb's hosting guidelines and requirements. This includes quality photos, detailed descriptions, and adherence to local laws and regulations.

-Double-check your listing for any errors or incomplete sections that might be preventing it from being published. Make sure all required fields are filled out accurately.

-Look for any emails from Airbnb regarding your listing. Sometimes, they might send an email requesting additional information or notifying you of an issue that needs to be resolved.

-Since calling hasn't worked, try using other methods to contact Airbnb support. You can use the Airbnb app or website to send a message to their support team. Be detailed in your message, explaining the issue and what you have already tried. You can also attach documentations you may have. Hope this helps!

@Maddie79 You only seem to have a guest profile not a host profile. Is there a reason for this?

I am not sure, I will look into it. Thank you
