co host refuses to return keys

hello!

we have a co-host for our listing but had to terminate the contract early because he was not fulfilling his duties as well as not conforming with airbnb rules. he wanted to send a refund outside of airbnb which we of course refused.

so we have sent him a letter for termination of agreement by our attorney but now he refuses to hand over the keys and so prevents us from entering our property.

what is to do now in such a situation?

any advice?

@Christoph3390 get a locksmith to open the door and change the locks.

Easiest thing to do is change the locks. I would do this anyway if you are changing hosting arrangements. @Christoph3390
