host cancellation setting

Hello  Host.

Topic :- allowing differant cancellation setting for Special dates .

-

Just been reeding many  previous conversations from Hosts asking Airbnb  to make changes to the cancellation policy to allow Host to set a differant  cancellation during Prime time , a well justified request in my eyes.

We are listing a new place  and  trying to find if the above request has been allowed 

If so where do we find this setting within Airbnb options

Can any let us know if this exists yet  -- please

@Tony1647 sadly there is no ability, at present, to change the cancellation policy seasonally.

Do you know if  Airbnb   has even replied to any Host's  request  with any reasons for not adding this option

@Tony1647 Airbnb never says what they will or won't do I am afraid. We just need to live in hope.....

I'm not sure it is a good idea - I think it would be confusing for guests to have different cancellation policies for different dates.

I've set a strict cancellation policy since I started seven years ago.
