there is an airbnb app you can download to your phone.
Depending on your settings you can have it send you an alert when someone sends a booking inquiry or message or reservation. You can reply that way.
The alerts will come in the form of messages not phone calls
Similarly Guests don't usually to phone - they can't if it's a booking request - they won't have your phone number ad you won't have theirs until after a booking has been finalised. Communication is primarily in the form of messages on the platform.
There are prompts to do this as you are setting up your listing. Otherwise go to the app store in your mobile device adn search airbnb app
Personally I rarely respond to a message via my phone, I prefer to use a laptop, but I rely on the mobile alerting me that their is business to deal with. It's good to respond promptly, but it doesn't have to be instant
Also be aware that the app and the computer version of the programme work slightly differently
