Your listing is new, it takes useally upto 24 hours before it is in the search system. But it is now in the search system, as you can see:

IMO the listing needs some tuning:

- add section "sleeping arrangements"

- add latest checkout time

I would suggest to remove the word "party" from the (short) description !

Regarding pricing:

weekly discount is only calculated on the price for 1 guest.

(as you add a fee for guestnr nr2 to nr9).

 Price per night when staying a month is higher then when staying a week, which is unuseal.
