just looking for help with ideas for house rules!!

i want to be open and let guest do whatever because i don’t care but what are some basic house or booking rules when renting my space?

i live here on and off sometimes too so what should i do for that? and i want to leave food and fun stuff for them to do and leave one bedroom open but my stuff is there too. how can i set rules in stone for guests to respect to items/space? 

also, picture help for posting. and for setup for when guests are coming to stay or for parties. cleaning and setting up cozy space that welcomes guests. thanks! open to helping others too!

Look at what your competitors offer in your area in terms of house rules and how they set up their properties. @Ella6547 

If you are happy for guests to do whatever they want then some will steal from or damage your property, some will hold parties or be noisy late at night disturbing your neighbours 

it's against Airbnb's rules to allow guests to have parties and may result in your listing being shut down .
