Hi-
My photos have always shown up. I just noticed that the thumbnail photos show up on the main page, but when I click on "show all photos" only a fraction are there. I tried logging on and off, plus used different search engines.
I have contacted airbnb with no answers as of yet.

Hi @Susan95 , following up on this, the tech team was able to review it and seems like the issue should have likely been resolved.
If it still doesn't appear correctly on your desktop browser, it is recommended to follow the basic troubleshooting and try accessing the account after following the below steps and re-check everything :
Hope it helps!
Hi
Also have exactly the same problem - all 3 of my listings have the thumbnails on the search and they scroll thru however, when you click through to the main listing and click through to the slide show all you get is a blank page. I have been battling for 2 days to get an answer but all I get from support is that it is a known bug and the engineers are working on it with no ETA as to when it will get fixed. the support team are very lovely but no help they do say that there are many listing affected.
this is the listing

this is the Photo tour link and as you would see if you drop this in a browser no images at all
Wow - yes, quite the problem!
I am surprised there is no mention of this problem through a google search. I do hope more owners can report the glitch as it may be solved quicker with more response.
Is there a quick fix till they fix it? Can i turn off photo tour? how can I do that
I have no clue.
Photos are still on their platform. Somehow they want you to identify to a specific area/room. However, when one tries to do this the site requests new photos. I am so confused.
You may not have noticed another issue - that you don't have a clear profile photo of yourself on your profile but just an image on the sea. @Susan95
Clear profile photos are not only what Airbnb asks all hosts to provide but also help inspire guest confidence in your listing so are worth having.
Thanks for your input, but the photo issue is most pressing at this time.
I removed all the images and reloaded. Tour now showing all the images. The review had a positive in as much we have decided to take more pictures to replace a number in our listings.
I also reinstated the tour and the same bug occurred. So I guess whenever Airbnb announces an upgrade we take care as they obviously don’t check their role outs as carefully as they should. 🤨
Hey @Ian44347 !
We have the same issue and are having a very similar experience here with airbnb support - being told to be patient and that this is just a small bug / nothing to worry about.
We're going to try deleting and re-uploading all of our photos now, as you suggest. Currently have 100+ photos, so this is not going to be fun.
Deleting photos and uploading again is what airbnb cs told me to do. Let me know if it works. Good luck!
It does it is what I did and it worked. But remember to delete all the original images. The last will not delete so load 1 new image and then delete the last old image.
Crazy to have to do this as the photos are all on their site, just will not post!
I am glad, however, that it worked!
I guess I will be busy today 🐵
3 listings with approx 44, 55 and 62 on the last and yes it was not fun especially as then it was a reordering nightmare. It took all afternoon and most of the evening yesterday.

I appreciate that @Susan95 but uploading a profile photo will only take a minute or so, so an easy fix while you're waiting for Airbnb tech to sort out your issue with the listing photos
