@Tia14307 Obviously you have a beautiful place. Your place looks very classy and
special, you know that, and you can do that all day long it is your natural essence.
But a million other homes look white, expensive and beautifully furnished.
I think a holiday is about the guests feeling special - what did you like or have you seen
when you have been on holiday to make you feel relaxed and special
and If you walked into someone else's creation how could you feel at ease.
Your reviews are excellent, my only suggestions would be
To focus the 1st paragraph in your listing on selling the holiday dream
Sitting on a pirates cave
Stunning views whilst you roast your smores
about fishing, fishing trips, whale watching??
You are excellent at selling a space. Sell the dream that people
maybe spend all year saving up for.
My 2nd photo in my listing is a glass of beer on a table at sunset.
Add some homely touches to the photos; few welcoming cushions,
or basket of fruit, filled coffee cups, wine glasses, breakfast on a bed tray.
I also, like you, reduce the price right down until it is booked as I
would prefer some money instead of no money.
These are only my suggestions and don't worry if they don't work for you.
You've got this.
Best wishes.
