"Request Withdrawn" but still showing as unavailable in my calendar

Our city has a restriction that only allows for a 30 day maximum stay for short-term rentals. A guest had requested a 37 day stay, and I advised that they change their reservation. 

They were unable to modify their request, so they withdrew their request. 

They are unable to re-book, and my calendar still shows as full as though their request is still in place. 

I am unable to send a 'Special Offer' either, as those dates show as unavailable. 

What are our options?

So i suggest to set your maximum stay to 30 nights in your listing to prevent this.

The guest should retract the booking request, then you can sent a special offer or the guest can sent a new booking request.

if the guest already did this correctly, you should see this in the booking request, stating "request has been retracted".

If so then wait until the blocked dates become available again or check for other causes (as: another guest made also a request ? )
