start to rent

hello everyone

I'm Gaelle and I'm thinking about put our house  (3 bedrooms and no pool) to rent on Airbnb, we lives in Tampa Florida, we are not very close to the beach (45mn), I have some questions about the rental:

1. Is it easy to get booking and how long it takes to get the first one?
2. How many months are you booked in the year?
3. Is it expensive to rent on Airbnb?
4. Do I need a licence?
5. Could you give some advices?

1. You find out if there are any STR restrictions in your area by checking with your local government. Some apartments and developments also have STR restrictions 

2. how easy it is to get bookings expends on demand and supply for your sort of property in your location and how well you design your property to appeal to guests you've identified as your target market

by expensive I mean do you have a lot of fees to publish your home on site compared the income
