How can you pay a co-host a fixed fee instead of a percentage?

How can you pay a co-host a fixed fee instead of a percentage?

Multiple sources (amongst them 1 of Airbnb itself) states that one cay pay a co-host:

- a percentage per booking

- a fixed price per booking

- a combination of both

 

However I can't find this option for a fixed price, all I see is the % option.

 

Does anyone know how to arrange a fixed price?
