Cannot book airbnb because they think im having a party

Hi, Ive been trying to book an accomodation for a while now and air bnb keeps saying I cannot book bc they think Im going to have an party in the accomodation.

Which I never did and never plan to.

Me and my wife are trying to go on a holiday and air bnb is really not helping us this sucks.

Je zou je profiel iets meer aan kunnen vullen 

Soms krijg ik als verhuurder ook alerts over gasten maar als je dan het reserveringsbericht naar het Engels zou vertalen dan snap ik dat het algoritme de gast eruit pikt. 
neem contact op met Airbnb ( soms wel paar keer tot je goed geholpen wordt) en leg de situatie uit. @Quincy  nog tips?

Uit de reviews blijkt niet iets dat daarop zou kunnen wijzen.
Heb je een keer een probleem gehad met een host die geen review heeft geschreven?
Kan het zijn dat je in je woonplaats een Airbnb probeerde te boeken? Dat ziet Airbnb ook als een rode vlag.
Anders even met airbnb bellen of andere portals gebruiken zoals booking of VRBO

Ik heb weleens een air bnb proberen te boeken in mijn eigen stad ja.

reviews zijn in orde dus nee geen idee waar het aan kan liggen.

support is ook totaal niet helpvol

I've had the same problem whit a guest that wasn't able to book.
Ferry, you're a victim of automatic algorithm judgements. The system makes its judgement on things like 'the type of location', and 'booking last moment'.

To me all they said was; "we cannot verify the guest's identity"

It's possible to get a phone nr the guest can call, but they couldn't tell me the reason why they refused because of privacy reasons.
