Griechenland/Kreta Anfrage des Vermieters nach Ausw. Nr und Heimatadresse- korrekt so?

Hallo Zusammen,

ich würde gerne folgende Frage stellen wollen, da wir recht frisch dabei sind....

Diese Anfrage bekam ich 1 Woche vor der Anreise:

Dear Bjoern,
URGENT! Please I need you write me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE:
-airport of arrival (Chania or Heraklion)
- date and time of landing on the day of your arrival in Crete
-date and time of take off on the day of your departure from Crete
-name and age of the people that will stay in the property
-your private email address
-your mobile number that you will have also with you on Crete

For the registration of your reservation in the tax office I need:
-number of passport or ID card of the person that did the booking
-Complete address of residence of this person

Ist das ein normaler Vorgang der Abwicklung- insbesondere Pass Nr. und Heimatadresse?

@Bjoern21 , ja das ist normal. Der Gastgeber könnte theoretisch die Daten auch erst bei Ankunft abfragen. Wahrscheinlich will er die Bürokratie nur vorher erledigen. Man spart sich halt bei Ankunft den Aufwand. Die Daten des Passes benötigt er für die griechischen Steuernbehörden. Mittlerweile wird das in vielen europäischen Ländern schon vor der Anreise abgefragt.
