Wrongly Suspended Listing

We are currently in need of assistance due to Airbnb's stubbornness. We manage a total of 60 short-term rental properties. Recently, a couple contacted us for help with their newly purchased property. Despite providing proof of purchase and documentation, Airbnb suspended our listing, claiming it was a duplicate of a previously suspended listing. We have provided the closing documents but Airbnb's lack of transparency and refusal to overturn the appeal has left us feeling falsely accused and discriminated against. It has been a frustrating experience trying to make Airbnb understand that the listing belonged to the previous owner, not us. We are seeking help to resolve this issue.

@Rod-and-Rosa0 Do you know why the listing was suspended under its previous ownership? I wonder if this is still relevant today.

Also I see you are spraying around discrimination accusations. I am wondering on what basis you feel discriminated?
