Hello everyone, I am planning to rent out my 1+1 apartment in Kyrgyzstan as a short-term rental. However, I’m unsure about the pricing and occupancy rates throughout the year.

How much should I charge per night?

What are the peak seasons, and how much can I expect to earn in summer and winter?

What is the average occupancy rate for similar rentals?

If you have experience renting out your property in Kyrgyzstan, are you satisfied with the income and demand?

Thank you for your suggestion! Yes, I have checked the Airbnb site for similar properties in my area, but I couldn’t get a clear answer. Airbnb is not very common in my region, and the listed prices seem significantly lower compared to the rental prices of similar homes. Additionally, when I reached out to local property owners, I didn’t receive consistent or definitive responses.

I truly appreciate your advice and will take it into careful consideration. If you have any further insights or strategies on pricing and positioning in a less competitive Airbnb market, I would love to hear them.
