Hello everyone,
I hope you are well.
I’ve been sharing a lot of your feedback with Airbnb teams. Some of them are really interested in getting your point of view on certain parts of the product, specifically. The Host Success team is working on ways to support Hosts and provide the tools you need to host successfully.
They are currently evaluating feature changes to the desktop Reservations List (https://www.airbnb.com/my_reservations) and would love to hear from you on how you use it:
I will share the feedback you submit on THIS topic specifically with the Host Success team.
Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you.
Lizzie

@Lizzie, Hi Hope you are well.
I still use reservations it and find it handy.
I miss that I can no longer click on the guest phone number and dial direct or message from the reservations. [Way back we hosts got an anonomous phone connection brokered by Airbnb. Ha! That's now gone, their phone bill would have become enormous. But for a little while I recall that if I was onsite via my phone I could select the guest number and the call went through... has that changed?]
That facility was good, as it was swift to enable me to list a guest phone number in my index. 90% of my contact is online. But some guests don't have data when they are on the road so I like to record their name and number and send them an early welcome via sms as well.
I also use guests phone number to sent Hyperlinks to tourism information in my local area. This can't be done online as it is screened out.
In conclusion, I would like to have a more efficient sinc-link in "Reservations" between my phone and my guest's phone.
I like that reservations makes it clear which of my listings a guest is staying at. To filter based on venue I presently use calender views.

Lizzie...could we ask that you urgently seek to get something moving with regards to the issues that hosts have , with regards to the review system. I am sure you will have noticed dozens of posts written by frustrated hosts, many Superhosts, as to the failings of the current review system...thank you
How do I access to my reservations page? It is not in the menu, not in any dropdown ... I always have a hard time to find it so I usually go to my calendar and then click on the reservation on the calendar.
I love it. It allows me to see all my reservations on one page without having to go to the inbox. Its also necessary to print confirmations if I need to delegate to my family assistance with guest checking-in if they arrving when I am not home. Also since I have multiple listings I can see which guest is booked for which listing all on one page.
In addition to my previous comment
An information that to me, it would be very useful in the Reservation List would be like the following.
There should be an extra information about the reservation, indicanting if the reservervation it was made with "smart pricing ON" or "Off".
It is important to take decisions (when we make experience) to see what is better in terms of conversion.
@Branka-and-Silvia0
Yes, it is somewhat hidden among the menus.
Anyway you can find it at (If you are using desktop):
Menu >> Listings (Ads) >> Then pick "Bookings/Reservations" on the left side menu.
I believe that, hosts the use this page frequently, save it as favourite link, in the browser to save time.
@Lizzie
IMHO, The complication in terms of usability regarding Airbnb menus, mainly on desktop/notebook, it seems to me has to do with the fact that, Airbnb wants to have a responsive website to be seen both in mobile and desktop/notebook. It is what I have concluded.
If there was one version for desktop/notebook where users use mouse decive, a pull down menu would make everything easier to find pages and get all information we need.
So, from my point of view, there should be 2 versions, one for mobile devices and another for desktop/notebook, as it used to be in the past. It can be still responsive, but they have to improve and customize menu features for different devices and media.
By having just one responsive website (or trying to do it), Airbnb has worsened considerabily the user experience, in term of usability in desktop and notebook.
You can see that there are some links under some itens that does not make sense.
I can not see any logic to put the page "REVIEWS" (where we can manage comments) under >> Profile (the icon on the top right corner of the screen) >> Edit Profile.
I have seen in the forum an user asking how to find a way to make a comment, and the aswer from a seasoned community contributor it was "You have to find the email that Airbnb sent to you, inviting you to make a comment, and then click on the link (in the email) to do it". Complication generates complication.

Hello again!

I’m happy to share that the team has recently launched the new reservations list as a beta test.
Not everyone will have access to the new reservations list yet - but if you do, feel free to share your feedback here in the Community Center, or through the form linked at the top of the reservations list page. This feature is still in development, so it may not do everything you need, and there may be a few bugs to sort out still. Over the coming months, the team will continue to improve the page and will roll it out to more hosts.
Thank you for providing your feedback to help make the Airbnb experience better.
Thanks,
Lizzie

Hello Lizzie
I have had a quick look on the reservation list! So far I can say it looks great! The link on the top menu is fine! I love the Filter features ! Some options are already available and other are still to come!
Thank you very much, Lizzie, for taking into consideration our feedback. Congrats to the Airbnb team!
Thanks @J-Renato0, it is wonderful to hear your great comments here and that you are liking the new look. I agree it is fantastic to get the more hosts from the CC involved in this.
Thanks again and as you use it more, feel free to continue to share your thoughts. 🙂

Thank you very much for sharing the update with us, Lizzie. The new reservation list looks great at first glance, and I will look at it more closely later. One small thing to note, personally, I would like to see internal listing name along with or instead of public title, this would be more informative for me, since I use similar public titles, but different internal names.
This is great to hear @Claudiu-Nicolae0. Thanks also for your additional suggestion, it is really nice to hear what will make it even easier for you, as I am sure this will be the same for other hosts too. 🙂
Thanks again.

I very rarely use it, the calendar is much more helpful.
Hello @Mark116,
It is great to hear your feedback on this. You may have seen a few other hosts earlier in this discussion mention the same thing as you. Based on the feedback we have received here, we are working on making improvements to this, so it is useful to more hosts. We have just launched a beta test for this, as I mention above and hope to roll it out to more hosts over the coming months. 🙂
To add, if you have a spare 15 minutes, it would be fantastic if you could take part in providing your feedback in a research study we are also currently doing, take a look at this post for more details.
Thanks again Mark.

I use the reservation list all of the time, and use the print option to send a weekly update to my agent who help me with check ins. Would be nice to confirm and report the agreed check in time with guest.
