Hiya everyone,

Just to let you know I will be away from the CC for the next week. I had originally booked the time for my family's weekly trip to Bournemouth but obviously that's gone out of the window with the lockdown. As I'm unlikely to get any time off before the baby's born, I'm still taking some time to get through my video game back catalogue and I've also have my 28 week scan next week! 

You have our friendly, neighbourhood community managers @Lizzie and @Quincy that are always on hand to support you here in the CC for the foreseeable.

We have always used the terms BC and AC ( timely and no offence to anyone, for this weekend) to describe variations and changes in noted changes.

BC - before children

AC after children.

Have a great break @Stephanie , remember to count your steps and make it to  best for one's  health 10,000 steps, the  100 metres outside ones home only amounts to 123 steps... It's vital to get sunshine to prevent viruses
