Why the question?
To know if it is OK, good or amazing, there are three ways:

1. Read the description of the apartment, see the pictures and ask some details to the property owner, details you would like to know
2. Read the reviews (if the place is new in the list it may not have reviews)
3. Try the apartment staying there
