Sorry to read of your situation.
Did the Guest reach out and advise you at any stage they were ill prior to or during that time?
It makes a difference which policy you have as well, Strict, flexible or there's a newish full payment policy which has been discussed here in CC (use related keywords in the searchbox) however it's not really been well thought out.
Have you considered asking ABB to at least pay you half of what you would have been paid had the Guest stayed?
I guess it depends on what communication and when they advised they were not coming due to illness.
Meanwhile try focus on the next guests coming in the future.
