Hi

I need help.

My account in Airbnb was hacked.That morning I have 44 listing from London.The guest was making booking and I don't have any control of the situation.

Pick up the phone and report the all situation to airbnb, but the reservation continued to coming and my phone was ring like crazy.

I never respond any of the questions and reservation because was no me listing.

Now, I lost my superhost status because my responde was only at 34% with a guest the have the booking in one of the fake place  in London and  airbnb remove all 44 listing  after 3 days  later.

Any opinion in this situation.
