Additional charges by guest during stay. Didn’t pay. Airbnb won’t help.

Guests asked for bedding to be altered during their stay. Cost me to have cleaners attend and adjust for them. 

then they asked for the pool temp to be increased, which I agreed to for a fee, and adjusted for them. 

guest then left the house in a total mess. 

claimed the fees against their bond. Airbnb refused my claim and stated:

”the only things you can claim, are for damage to your house, thus all these claims are invalid”. 

so, I can go rent a house, refuse to leave, empty a whole wheelie bin of rubbish throughout, wee on the floors, basically do whatever I like, and I can walk away from that house and incur no fees …. Airbnb continues to disappoint me as to how they put guests as no. 1 priority over hosts every time I’ve made a claim.!

@Kynan0  When guests ask for extras and there is an agreed upon cost involved, do not provide the extra until the guest has paid through the Resolution Center.  Taking it from the fictional deposit or hoping they pay after the fact is a joke.
