Hi @Jocelyn427 .  First of all, this is a public forum of hosts and guests and you might reconsider publishing your personal phone number.  Second, Air BNB does not "approve" locations, so you might want to look into the city specific requirements of Las Vegas and Henderson for short term rentals.  Usually cities have information on their websites.  Good luck!!
