Airbnb doesn’t respond to a claim after 11 month

I sent like 15 emails, what else can I do?

if Airbnb isn't responding to emails give them a call.

Hi Helen, thanks for your input. They answer emails but with non-sense content. The insurance company is on the case and the insurance company doesnt reply to them neither... I heard that anwser about 10 times already.

 

I got a physical damage in one of the AIRBNB accomodations. 

 

I feel no support by AIRBNB. They dont care at all what is going on.

Insurance claims don't always get settled straight away. 

have they sent anyone out /have you provided them with evidence they have been requesting? How long have you been waiting and at what stage are you at? 

 

Exactly. Yes, I send them evidences and they gave me a case number, but the insurance company in Panama does not answer at all, and Airbnb doesnt feel responsible to support me or ask the insurance company what is going on. 

 

The insurance case is officially open since 1st november 2023. Since one year now. 

The insurance company CRAWFORD PANAMA doesnt even mention their phone in the email they send me 1st nov. 2023.
