Hi, I hosted someone at my property around 1 month ago. Until now, I have not been paid. First, airbnb said it was an issue with my bank. Then after calling with my bank, they explained that they dont have access to incoming payments and the issue needs to be on airbnb's side. Since that I have been chasing Airbnb via phone, e-mail and chat and they just simply ignore me!! On the phone they just say that the "case has been escalated to the specialist team" and the person on the phone cannot help me further.
Airbnb - it has been one month!! PLEASE PAY ME MY MONEY! We work super hard to make sure we offer the best hosting experience and then we have to be all stressed because Airbnb just decided to keep my money (despite the absurd amount of fees we already pay to this platform!). I also have bills to pay! Absurd absurd!
I would really appreciate if someone can help me ASAP (NO "we are looking at your case", "we have escalated the issue" or "our specialists will get back to you") - I would like to have a proper answer on what is going on and that Airbnb is taking this issue seriously!!
Did someone else experience this issue?? How to deal with it?
