Airbnb laws

Hi I’m Ben from ocean county & I’m  trying to purchase a home to list on Airbnb.

I am looking to research and find  the best location near me to do this. I am familiar with airdna & mashvisor for research but I am stuck on figuring out what towns allow airbnbs and what & if they have restrictions so I don’t end up buying in a town that doesn’t allow this .

@Boruch1 if you buy in a town that doesn't currently have restrictions, there's a very good chance that they will introduce them in the near future. What you're trying to do is exactly what cities with affordable housing shortages are trying to prevent.
