Airbnb overcharged us

Hi,

I see that is Airbnb overcharges us on the quest side. Our cleaning fee is 200$ CAD, but they are charged us less, also we don’t have any discount for the quest who stay less than month, but I see the discount in here. Also guests extended their stay by one day but we have 0$ Pay for it for some reason. Help!

@Olena51 Are you aware that you have a 10% discount if the guest opts for a non refundable booking? I suspect that this is the discount shown.

Have you changed the cleaning fee since you listed?
